The solution is presented to the client in a software requirements document which describes and details the system.

Once the solution is agreed upon, the development team proceeds to develop the system by configuring the software platform.

When the system is installed at the client site, the start-up phase begins.

At the same time, training classes are provided to teach users how to use the system. A user manual is also provided.

At the end of the start-up phase, the system begins a warranty period of 12 months. During this phase, it is possible to test the system and resolve anomalies.

Along with Net-Agree, the company can eventually determine the maintenance and assistance period of the system. This also serves to support the company’s personnel in using the system and to provide upgrades to the platform.
